Reading these posts makes me angry. In Lakeview I pay ~$3300/yr not including flood. Thanks NOLA

Yeah, I'm right in that price range. I'm in the University area and pay about $3400/yr.
Plus my flood just increased due to the new law calling for a $250 surcharge on multi-family properties.
