When channel surfing does anybody go to the networks anymore?

(I know, I know, channel surfing itself is probably pretty passe - but old habits die hard I guess).

But I realized that I hardly ever go to the networks while surfing. Usually I check out the sports channels, then maybe AMC, TNT, maybe HBO and maybe something like the old Military Channel (can't ever remember the new name), Discovery or Animal Planet.

Things sure have changed over the years.

No. Usually just enter the numbers.

I never watch network television, unless a sports show is on. Typically I go through the sports channels, food channels, or HGTV. I'm usually watching HBO Go, Netflix, or a movie from iTunes, though.

No cable anymore, but I do miss these two. Will just go to bars or stream sports games. HGTV I will just do without. It wasn't as good as it used to be since they started making a bunch of dumbfrick shows. Just give me 24/7 of House Hunters, HH International, and Property Virgins with Sandra and I'd be happy.
