Posting here because I figure most current resident post here instead of the money board (no money to invest). If you purchased a house for residency, what Bank did you use for a physician loan? Right now I am looking at BoA, regions, and suntrust. Any help is appreciated.

So you think the money board is just for investing? It is for money

I know people offer these, but I have not heard of anyone getting one. Usually the residents I know get standard 30 yr mortgage. You don't necessarily have to go physician loan to have your student loans not count and have a limited down payment. Those are the reason most think they need one, but it's not necessarily the case. Many times mortgage brokers are the best people to talk to rather than banks. They often are more hungry, commissioned workers that make it happen.
