On rare occasions, my mom let me rent a Playstation from Blockbuster (I already had a N64). I thought this was the coolest thing ever. I remember renting Tomorrow Never Dies and Rugrats Search for Reptar. It must have cost a lot of money to rent. Anyone have an idea? Did any of you rent systems? If so, share your memories.

my dad would never buy me video games when I was little. the n64 was the coolest thing I had ever seen at that age (between 1st-3rd grade)

I slept over at my cousins house one weekend and his mom rented the n64 with mario 64 for us. besides sleeping, it was the only thing i did for the next 72 hours

Rented a PS2 with FFX when I was younger. My parents got pissed off with me because I left it on the whole time since they didn't give you a memory card with the system

When I was very little I was not allowed to rent NES games because they were so much more expensive then movies but that changed once I became 8 or so.

Really ? Where I grew up the games were like $1 more than movies.

They used to cost like $5 a game while movies were only $2.
