What's the name of that restaurant that's off Exchequer in BR?

Not the old Samuel's...Rouge maybe? Anywho, are they still open? If yes, is it by invitation only? Should they have tried a little harder to put a restaurant in a more hidden spot? What's the deal with that place?

I'm aware of The Exchequer Restaurant which used to be Samuel's and Willie's which is on Cloverland, but there's another place that's hidden on a side street off Exchequer.

I don't think there is.

The only other thing I can think of in that area is Riverside Patty

It is called Rouge. It's on Merchant and as far as I know it's still open. I have been down there a few times (not in the last month though)and actually think the burger is better than Riverside's. It is open to the general public.
