He might have stepped out of bounds but the initial call was illegal formation.

Look at where Ouachita next possession started... Illegal motion isn't considered dead? Maybe that's why they didn't make us accept the penalty... I don't remember seeing any flags though... I was sitting on Rummel side and the coaches in the press box new it was a fake before we ran it

ahaha my senior year we played East St John, Barbe, Shaw, Mandeville, and Fountaibleau..... But yeah totally a cupcake schedule
