Thinking of getting a truck cap to use for quick overnight camping and the occasional travel. Any recommendations?

RSI
GoFast
Alucab
In no particular order.
I’ve got the RSI and like it but if I were in the market again I would get the GoFast. It wasn’t available when I was in the market.

Thanks I'd never heard of those but they all look interesting. I'm looking into one as well and was thinking the usual Leer, ARE, Snugtop but your list looks better!

How long is your truck bed?
Are you wanting to sleep in the bed or on the shell?
I have a Leer, color matched, commercial grade which means it's reinforced with wood to support more weight than a plain fiberglass shell. Ceiling is carpeted. LED light inside lights up the bed. It serves it's purpose. The local dealer said I could only get a sliding rack on top but since the bed is only 5 1/2" long I ordered a Thule stationary rack and installed it myself. All in I spent $2,500. How much sliding do I need on a bed that short right?

Have any pictures if the inside set up for camping?
My son just got a decked system for his truck.

It's not set up for camping. I use it to carry ladders, kayaks, and keep stuff dry while traveling.
The bed is only 5 1/2' long, I'm 6'1" tall. My next truck will have a longer bed so I can sleep in it easily.

Sorry for the delayed reply. Bed is 6'4" and we intend to sleep in the bed.
