Are wintertime flights to Europe always this cheap?

Several cities out of MSY under $500 RT from now into early March. Is this normal for that time of the year? Can’t pull off a trip this winter but might have to set aside some time next winter if they’re this cheap again

Pre-Covid this was very common. I went to Europe 3-4 times for 400-500 bucks.
It’s been awhile since those deals were available.

I just went to Rome abs back from Milan for $600. But last year I was able to do into Madrid and back for $425. From MSY.

Best deal I've been able to jump on in the past is $350 round trip to Malaga.
You can find some really good deals on SAS to Scandanavia in the offseason as well. Can even find some good deals in the spring and fall when the weather is a bit better but demand still isn't too high.
