Absolutely !! And if folks knew you could tax stamp and make better and quieter suppressors at home with basic equipment the silencer shop, etc would go out of business.

The injunction applies to all members of GOA and individuals employed directly by the State of Texas or its agencies.

Looks like you still need to join a group or get a job with the state of texas.

The FPC lawsuit is federal in the 5th circuit therefore covers all FPC members

Mock v Garland

Tried copying the wording but it won’t let me.

I copy/pasted the relevant part.
quote:

William T. Mock; Christopher Lewis; Firearms Policy
Coalition, Incorporated, a nonprofit corporation; Maxim
Defense Industries, L.L.C.,
Plaintiffs—Appellants,
quote:

Instead, Plaintiffs merely
request clarification on whether their reading of the term ‘Plaintiffs’ to
include the customers and members whose interests Plaintiffs Maxim
Defense and Firearms Policy Coalition (‘FPC’) have represented since day
one of this litigation
is correct.”
That reading is correct. Also as requested, the term “Plaintiffs in this
case” includes the individual plaintiffs’ resident family members.

Any relief beyond what is explicitly requested, which arguably would
be tantamount to a nationwide injunction, is DENIED
If you read it, there are several key points in there;

Member of FPC since day 1 of this litigation... the day the lawsuit was filed. I know FPC was back-dating stuff, so if you joined up until May 31 they'd say you were a member... I wouldn't trust that. It would be profoundly easy to for the government to determine when you paid your dues, and catch you on that falsehood.

They also explicitly state they are NOT issuing a nationwide injunction.

On Armed Attorneys, one of the lawyers said she reads this as having to be in the 5th Circuit area to apply.
