Foot massager recommendations

Need recommendations for a good foot massager that helps with the bottom of feet especially with arch pain and history of plantar fasciitis. Tried shiatsu foot massagers and they don’t do much for the bottom. They just kind of squeeze the sides

I've used Lacrosse balls and frozen water bottles with some success.
