And interestingly, State Laws are applied inside Federal Parks UNLESS they break "higher laws" such as CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.

States should establish a 1 foot wide state park completely around the perimeters of federal lands and declare any person who entices a person to enter or traverse a state park for the purposes of an abortion contrary to state law will be an accomplice to murder and then wait for the federals in there to try to leave.
