A younger Ed Harris would’ve been perfection

Good choice.
However, I think all the principle actors played their roles so well it’s hard to imagine anyone else in them.

I'm a huge King of Queens fan and I had forgotten that Cranston was the aggravating neighbor in some of the earlier episodes. He has been pretty awesome in every role I've seen him in and pretty diverse too.

Bryan Cranston was that role. From hair to no hair to underwear to Heisenberg. I can't personally picture anyone else doing it.
From powerful to pathetic and often in a blink, yet always masterfully done.
No one else.
Although as the wildest of cards….Robin Williams.

Cusack would've ended up going over the top.
