Time to go after Herman. Say what you will about his time at UT, but that dude can coach some fricking offense. Bring him down for a shot at redemption and an opportunity to join the Kelly coaching tree.

No way he stays as an analyst when he can be the highest paid coordinator at a premier college program in the best conference. It could be a coaching rehab for him too.
