I want to know if these people are doing this shite to themselves on their own accord or if they're being conned by these "consulting firms" into doing this shite out of fear of having a PR campaign against them.
Why organizations would alienate large swathes of the populace to virtue signal is beyond me, especially an organization that's almost completely reliant on volunteers.
ETA: After a quick google search of non-promotional HFH photos, it seems the overwhelming majority of volunteers are white people. These people are fricking morons.

It's amazing to me as a small business owner. Why do you want to piss off ANY potential or existing customer over something so nonsensical?

One way to get the overall percentage of your minority volunteer to increase without increasing the number of actual minority volunteers is to decrease the number of of non-minority volunteers. So, mission accomplished!

They are doing it because much like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton , people realized that a racket could be run on pushing this BS and they created an entire curriculum flush with graduate level degrees that churns out people that otherwise would be unemployable in traditional business functions. Long sentence over.

A bit off topic but I know a few people that work with Fortune 500 companies and they have all confirmed that their companies are scared shitless of Black Rock and the Social scoring system and because of that they are getting woke.
