At least they have a bar to wait in, it's the only place in Lafayette that I would actually wait to be seated at.

the wait at La Fonda is 2 hours like they’ve been quoting lately.

Have the wait times at Social been similar?

I’d imagine they’d get a lot of the overflow from lafonda

For us, if we’re going to La Fonda we’re going with a group that are going to hammer margaritas (both males and females), just a different atmosphere than Social (which I really like because I’m a whiskey drinker). If we aren’t super hungry sometimes we’ll just hangout and drink in the bar for a couple hours before sitting. The crossover from La Fonda and Superior is more apt, IMO. I know not everyone is in our situation but our group has folks on both sides of the river, when Superior opens we’ll probably send someone to either location to check out the wait and hit the shorter one.

The only reason any of us go to lafonda is because we can walk home
