Anyone here do it? What are some good resources to read/watch?

I have. I prefer 48 hour fasts unless you are overweight

I've done about 90 hours a few times. Are you going 0 calorie or what? I had black coffee and water once. Another time about 150 calories a day of juice and electrolytes. Definitely need electrolytes.
Day 1 is hard. Day 2 is the true test. Day 3 was easier

No resources needed to stop eating for 3 days. Some pro-tips:
- the first 72 hours feels impossible, fasting after that is cake;
- sleep through the hunger pangs;
- the first thing you eat to break the fast will make you have explosive watery sharts about 30 minutes later…be near a toilet;
- you will lose a lot of size if you do rolling 72s…whether you lose a lot of muscle or just didn’t have much under all your fat will be a serious psychological battle;
- you’ll gain back whatever you lose pretty quickly;
- people in your life will make extended fasting an unsustainable lifestyle.
Good luck

This has never happened for me.
I also never gain back the weight lost "quickly". It typically resets my eating habits to a better level which is the primary goal.

Did a 72h and could've easily went well past that. I've been low carbs since. 3"+ off my waistline.

I’d much rather go 2-3 weeks at a 500 calorie deficit than eat nothing at all for 3 days. Sounds miserable

Done it a few times and had great results each time. Think it’s recommended about once every 2-3 months. Thomas DeLauer has a bunch of videos on fasting you can find on his YouTube channel. He suggests going low carb for a few days prior so your body is already fat adapted. What you break your extended fast with is important so make sure you have that meal (bone broth with collagen is what I do) well researched beforehand. Would also try to consume only half your normal daily calories for a couple of days after as well. What kept me going strong was water, green tea and black coffee. There’s a zero calorie apple cider vinegar by Braggs out too that will help suppress appetite along the way. Exercise wasn’t bad despite not having the same energy levels. Mental clarity and body composition were the two biggest benefits I saw.

Third or fourth day my pointer finger on my left hand starting throbbing like crazy so I broke the fast. My blood sugar was in the 50's.
