It's a really shitty situation, and I can't decide whose side to take. Lean towards Roku but they probably aren't completely innocent themselves.


no different than the yearly pissing matches between amazon, google, comcast, directTV, major networks, dish, etc..

they all have separate content agreements so it seems you're not safe no matter which solution you go with. didn't comcast actually remove one of the local baton rouge stations for awhile?

"Local" stations are hardly local. They all get bought up by giant media conglomerates who use them as leverage in new carrier negotiations. They pit all the carriers against each other and use the high water mark from one negotiation as the low point in the next, and we all pay for it. Surely it has to come crashing down at some point, right?
