I’ve never done this but I’ve got some bad mildew near my front door down by the landscaping. I’ve seen people spraying jomax before power washing but I wanted to see if you guys recommend something else. Any tips?

is it real stucco or the fake "Dryvit" stuff? I've been told power washing the fake stuff is a no-no as it can be porous at that pressure and will allow moisture thru

This. If unsure, just use a garden sprayer to apply the Jomax, let it sit a few minutes and just use a garden hose to rinse the Jomax off.

Jomax and a regular spray hose. Don’t pressure wash it! It will flake when you get to close

Someone on here recommended 30 second cleaner for stucco. Tried 30 sec cleaner on stucco columns that I couldn’t get clean and the mildew just rinsed off with a normal water hose. If you do use a pressure washer, don’t use a concentrated stream.

If you’re going to pressure wash, invest $20 in a turbo rotating nozzle from Amazon. It spins while it sprays. You still need to gauge the distance while cleaning it hit it from every conceivable angle then spray all the dirty water down after with a garden hose.

i cleaned mine with jomax, just don't get too close with the high pressure spray and you'll be fine
