This is disgusting. That cop wants to play judge, jury, and executioner? He wasn't even on duty! He should have minded his own business given that the guy wasn't a threat to him or at the very least he could have used a takedown maneuver and held him down until an actual on-duty officer arrived. If he had to fire shots there are places you can target on the body to stop them without causing long term harm. Some say shoot the knees or the foot but that wouldn't be fair because it might cause irreparable damage to this gentleman's ability to walk. Ultimately he shouldn't have engaged and should have minded his own business, but of course no white supremacist can pass up the opportunity to shoot a Black man in the back.
