In Hepburn's case, I generally give her a pass. She tried to gain weight. It was just the Nazis tried to starve her to death. Probably shortened her life.

I would agree with Grace the Face as far as actresses.
I've known or know of several non-actresses, primarily models, who would make my top ten faces. I sometimes wonder if they realize how differently they are treated due solely to their beauty. One of them walked into a restaurant with me and when the hostess looked up and saw her she impulsively blurted out, "Oh my God!"
