re: Bone spur in shoulder

Not sure if they're all the same but when i roll my arm (softball pitching motion) you can literally hear grinding and feel it. But the pain is coming from inflamation. Which I think is bersitis. Evidently the spurs are very common. The ortho said look at Dwight Howard. You can see his protruding through his shoulders. But in rare cases they cause pain.
