No clue but most hotels have charging stations for EVs now, plenty of the larger service stations do as well...
Why the need for the government to build more is what I don't get at this point, or really ever. The market should drive it...
Alas these will be like the plug in stations so the big rigs could run their A/C without idling their engines all night... Money goes poof...

Yes you can. There are charging stations everywhere. If you own a Tesla you can use their supercharging network to drive anywhere in the country.
