The dog pictured did it because it was jealous that it wasn't taken for a walk too.

I thought this was the teacher where the two students killed her recently. Getting my killings confused I guess.

Homo or not, no one had the right to do that to her.

Hope they're found and brutally killed.

“Girlfriend found”

I watch a LOT of First 48. I feel qualified to say she fricking did it.

How could you possibly know she has "never" been a person of interest. She used a huge portion of gofundme $ to buy a condo. That's at least worth a look, regardless of her "reasons" to move away.

That’s f’ed up. Link?

ecause I have a really hard time believing this butch lesbian somehow committed an incredibly gruesome murder in the busiest park in Atlanta and left absolutely no shred of evidence that ever resulted in her being questioned? Lol - so you think this chick just went movie homicide mode and cleaned up the scene like she’s a fixer ?

She left her house at 11:30 at night. How busy do you think the park is at midnight? Someone left the park, covered in blood, and no one noticed. Why couldn't it have been her? The fact the dog was murdered might indicate the person that did it wasn't a stranger.

I doubt it was a stranger. That dog would have put up a fight against a stranger, IMHO.

I would rule out the girlfriend, first, if I was law enforcement.

My wife works in the media here in Atlanta and I can tell you that the description here pales in comparison to the actual mutilation that happened here. Very sadistic.

I have heard similar. Original leaks included words like "dismemberment" and "mutilation".

The girlfriend already spent the $80k that was raised for funeral expenses. She upgraded her crib already and the local news and police are handling her with kid gloves because they don't wanna upset a certain community. SMH

I remember thinking who the hell thinks it’s okay to walk their dog in midtown around 12AM?

Not necessarily. I think it's equally likely it was a random psycho.

Speaking of people who knew her well, she was a well-known bartender at a popular place nearby, and "knew" hundreds of people. She was a social butterfly.

It was a pit bull, not a shi-tsu. Culcha doesn't typically mess with people walking a pit bull.

Also, as a bartender, she's not a 9 to 5 person. Midnight to her is like 3PM to you.

In fact, in downtown ATL, especially midtown, midnight isn't really considered late. There are clubs that don't even open until 11pm.

I’m not sure people in this thread have a full appreciation for just how many batshit insane homeless people are around the park.

I had a psycho chunk a brick at my wife and I at like 10a by the 14th street entrance, then proceed to sucker punch an old man after we crossed the street to get away from him.

A crackhead slit a girl’s throat from ear to ear in front of her boyfriend after brunch outside of my old apartment in a failed robbery attempt.

ATL is ripe with insane bums who are also capable. I just don’t know that they know how to spell “fat”.

Lot of rage in this. Not normal for some random stranger to do things like that.

It is possible though.

I use to go to work down there around 3-4 in the morning and the amount of crackheads moving around was pretty high. I can only imagine how it would look around that time. I’ve had multiple encounters that I thought were going to go south and that was in my car.

You talking midtown or downtown? Downtown is definitely a DMZ after dark.
