Was in NOLA last weekend...got checked at restaurants, a bar, and at a concert. And checked very closely. Looked at the vax card, at ID and our faces. They were all serious.

Not true. We had to show proof to get in. It was quick glance while walking in and they didnt check proof against a picture id or anything. Waste of time and resources.
