Zachary (11-0) at 17 East Ascension (6-3)

Look for a dog fight in this one. Two locals rivals, EA plays tough but Zachary starts to pull away late in the 3rd. Zachary

(9 West Monroe (7-3) at 8 Chalmette 8-1

Lots on the line for both teams. Both teams have played a few times in the last few years with the Rebs coming out on top. Owls are looking for that big win.
The Owls run the ole Wing-T offense with a few jet sweeps, play action passes but look for them to throw everything but the kitchen sink at WM.
Maybe a flea-flicker, a swinging gate play, a double reverse, a statue of Liberty play...who knows.

The Owls will play inspired FB and will give WM all they want but the Rebs pull it out. West Monroe

12 Benton at 5 Ruston (9-2)

Ruston wins with a solid run game
quote:

13 Woodlawn (BR) (6-4) at 4 Destrehan (7-0)

Possibly the biggest upset in the making here. Desty is a solid program with tons of speed. Woodlawn has played one the toughest schedules in LA HS this year. Woodlawn in a shocker.

14 John Ehret (7-2) at 3 Ponchatoula (9-0)

Ole Hank will have the Green Wave rolling this week. Ponchy by a bunch.

quote:

11 Ouachita Parish (8-3) at 27 Denham Springs (6-4)

Upstart Ouachita is going to play hard and has a good shot at winning. If OPHS can play to their strength, DS goes home early. Ouachita

quote:

10 St. Amant (8-2) at 7 Acadiana (9-2)

A sleeper team in St Amant. The Wreckin Rams are hard to beat in the playoffs. If the Gators can play a near perfect game, the Gators win. The Rams are too strong though. Acadiana.

quote:

2 Captain Shreve (10-1) at 18 Parkway (7-4)

Captain Shreve won the game earlier this year and this game will be the same. Captain Shreve

Good luck and safe travels to all.

Honestly, we had a great season for us, but I think y’all can tell we don’t have the players we need, and y’all are dialed in… Northshore was yalls wakeup call
