Hard for us to pull west coast guys. Ricks had ties to Louisiana but other than that, we haven’t been able to recruit well out there like our competitors.

I’m hoping this changes with our new HC. I feel like both Dave and Lincoln could recruit the west coast well for different reasons.

Yes, we should be in the conversation with studs from the west coast.
Mater Dei produces some quality recruits than usually pan out.
Meanwhile, don't leave out IMG Academy in Florida while we are at it.
Putting a fence around LA is needed but also being able to recruit elsewhere is just as important.

Yes, I would think LSU is looking at other corners.
Depending on who becomes the new head coach, other DBs not being mentioned could show interest.
