This seems pretty Disingenuous because wasn't the issue that he got fined for, the refusal to meet with a team mental doctor on the matter?

Simmons/Klutch just want to be able to say he can't play due to mental health but do nothing else. The 76ers, rightfully so, want to ensure Simmons is seeing someone and on a path to recovery(though obviously they know it's pretty much BS and are just following protocols, but you get the point)
