This whole episode should lead to the wholesale reshaping of the FISA court.
There needs to be an embedded, ombudsman-type lawyer defending the target whose sole job is to play Devil’s Advocate and somewhat maintain due process.

I dont know.
I almost feel like these agencies should be completely untethered from administrations. Perhaps elected directors? At minimum, the IC needs to be cut in half.
