Well it’s a 0 risk hire for Scott. If he takes a chance on someone and it misses he fricked with their money and he’ll never be LSU president

I would be absolutely floored if the powers that be are telling Scott, "Jimbo is the guy". Mainly because I'm naive and if you're giving out a record contract, its hard for me to believe that's your target. I'm that naive to this type of sure stupidity.
Of course, if I was A&M I'd be ecstatic they got that ridiculous contract off my back. A&M isn't some also-ran. They have money and facilities to bring in a decent coach to duplicate the crap Jimbo has served them so far.
