As darkness fell, the men of Troy did not realize that the instrument of their downfall stood before their eyes... Blinded by their own arrogance, they were overwhelmed by their opposition before they could get their bearings. When the dust settled, the victor celebrated their shining moment... then gathered their spoils and went home to fix the dam.

the only problem being that the Trojan horse was not a creation of the Trojans....It was a creation of the Greeks, which was used to destroy Troy
thus the downfall of the Trojan horse has a beneficial aspect to the actual Trojans
