Garbage collection seems like a dirty business.
FBI interviewing 3 people over many months just seems like they are paying lip service to someone. Ramelli probably trying to call in favors.

Pay enough lip service and eventually someone is going to explain just how impossible it is to do business in Kenner without the machine getting their taste. It’s pretty brazen.

100%.
Remelli is incompetent and runs a crappy company but he's well connected and likes to sue people. No doubt he's not pleased with how his lawsuit is doing, so he's decided to try to drop a dime with the FBI.
That's not to say Zahn is innocent. he has always struck me as the EWE type... the trains runs on time but he's absolutely likely getting a cut.
