If you have to use a firearm to defend yourself you are going to have to defend yourself again in a court of law. That much should be expected.
The way Rittenhouse has been treated to this point has been deplorable and hopefully grounds for a civil suit against the city and state in due time.
Hopefully he is not having to rely on a court appointed defense team and whoever his defense attorney is has much experience in self defense cases where deadly force was necessary.
Hopefully Rittenhouse did not put himself in a situation to be viewed as the aggressor earlier in the evening.
And finally, the word Hero is misused far to often. And this is another example of that.

This is a very important case. This is about so much more than Rittenhouse. They want you to be scared to defend your selves with a firearm. Heck, they just want you scared to defend yourself.

No, it shouldn't be expected. It should be an outrage, and any prosecutor willing to shite on the Constitution enough to charge and try him should be immediately disbarred. There are multiple videos showing the kid defending his life.
You go out and make yourself an imminent threat to any of the prosecutors or the judge in this trial, and you will be dispatched forthwith. How slippery is the slope that says only the ruling class can defend their own lives?
