Just in case you didn't listen to exactly what that thing said, here's a clip for you...
America didn't start when white people got here, there were indigenous people, AFRICANS and such, doing brilliant things like LIBRARIES etc long before the white man showed up.
So, brilliant africans lived in north America BEFORE any white people arrived and they had libraries here.
There's some history lesson for you folks!
