Mobile sports betting won't be available for a couple of months. Harrah's in New Orleans will be open on Sunday.

Not true. Caesars owns Harrahs and they have an app. The app is already in use for residents of other states. LA residents can create an account right now and begin betting on the app as soon as Monday

The advocate article today said itd be months before anyone can bet online so state police can run background checks and make sure people in Bible thumper parishes that voted no can't bet.

I saw where the app is available but where are you seeing Monday? The app itself doesn’t even have a date, it just says soon

You’re going to be really disappointed come Monday. There are a bunch of different apps that are in use in different states and can be downloaded in Louisiana. That doesn’t matter. You won’t be able to place mobile bets for at least another month, and probably longer than that.
