There's a reason why you haven't seen any lawsuits filed and won over catching COVID. In fact, around 30 states have enacted legislation giving businesses immunity from liability pertaining to these types of suits.

They were about political optics, period. If it was about dollars, LSU wouldn't have been the only SEC school and one of the only programs period to implement the measures they did.
