It’s seems the glaring issue here is they have checked BMs paper work every year and have never said anything. BM changed nothing, hid nothing, and now randomly the LHSAA says they are doing something wrong? That doesn’t pass the smell test

I don’t think they have enough manpower to go to 400 schools a year…
