Faucet to hose adapter

I have an outdoor sink that I want to supply water to with my garden hose. What type of adapter would I need for that to happen? Went to lowes but they were 100% useless. TIA

What faucet do you have on the sink?

You need a hose thread to pipe thread adaptor, depending on your facet supply line. I would check at ACE Hardware.

Werner is correct. Do you have a cold water faucet or hot and cold? I just installed a cheap cold water faucet with a pvc adapter and screwed a garden hose Y to that. One leg of the Y goes to the sink and the other leg is attached to a 10ft water hose with a sprayer to clean off my fish cleaning table. Works great.
