Did you check with Reed's Metal Buildings?

I will not use Reed's again, I had a terrible experience with my pole barn about 10 months ago. Horrible communication. The building delivery was delayed for months, kept getting false promises. When it finally was "ready" to ship, they only shipped a portion of it. Waited on roof trusses for weeks after that. They told me they didn't have any trucks with forklifts available but if I had a way to help unload it, they could hire a truck and get it to me faster. (This was supposed to get their erection crew onsite faster). So I took a vacation day from work and borrowed my neighbors tractor, received the roof trusses. Only for the erection crew to never show up, took a day off work for nothing essentially. When the guys finally got onsite to put the building up, they had not shipped the walkthrough door. So I had to go to Lowes to pick one up myself. Once the building was up, they hadn't even located or scheduled a concrete crew. So there was more waiting. When the building was done, I noticed one of the roll up doors had holes in it, looks like it had been shot through with a nail gun or something. Reeds replaced the roll up door with a new one, and even left me the old one to do with how I pleased. So I sold it and made about $900. That was a nice gesture. However the new roll up door they installed was a completely different make and model than the other roll up door right next to it. So now I have mismatched roll up doors facing the street. It's not super noticeable, and they did give me another discount of a few hundred bucks to make up for it. Either way, the whole experience sucked. I will say the crews they sent onsite did a good job on the building and the concrete. It was the communication, management, and logistics from the office that was a complete cluster f*ck. I've been working in construction management for 11 years, would have been fired a long arse time ago if I managed projects like they do.

I am certainly not endorsing Reed's but I think you came out better than I did with Mallett Buildings. The following mistakes were made by Mallett Buildings on my #1 Mallett Building:
1)They gave me a 1 hour notice on delivery after delaying it for weeks.
2)The framer missed the elevation by 10" to high, which is gonna cost thousands in extra dirt for my house pad.
3)One of the walk in doors was delaminating so they suggested that I get some glue and a clamp to repair it. They finally complied when I demanded a new door.
4)Delayed construction for days waiting on screws.
5)Owner Lee Mallett chewed me out over the phone because I called him about the chain wall they promised to pour to form up to correct the elevation mistake. Also took them a week to figure out how much fill sand was needed and I had to scramble to get extra loads because they still missed on their calculation.
6)Mallett Buildings concrete finisher, Larry Louis and his crew used Georgia buggies to pour my slab which created thin areas. Core samples revealed several spots 2 1/2" thick for a 4"slab. Concrete supplier Lefarge put potash in the concrete which delayed the curing for over 12 hours. The finish surface of the slab was garbage. Had to demo a portion of the slab and repour at my own expense.
7)Mallett Buildings gutter crew replaced the gutters 4 times and they are still not correct. Paint peeling off to date. Was given a can of spray paint by the gutter crew to touch them up for future paint peeling off.
8)Recent Ida damage revealed my #1 Mallett Building was put together with nails instead of screws.
This is a what I am still dealing with Mallett Building's owner Lee Mallett. Like I noted, not endorsing Reed's, but I think you came out better than I did.

I live about 30 minutes from Reed’s and will not use them again. They do not return calls or emails . I’ve tried several times to get an actual person on the phone with no success. This was to get a quote on a new pole barn. If you can’t talk to someone when trying to give them money I’d hate to see after they already have it.
I used a local independent contractor and he was on time and did a great job.
