Major difference is Napier has built something from not much and sustained it with a strong process.
Always felt Herman was a great risk. Must admit, I was disappointed when he went to Texas and we got O. Even so, knew he might be a flash in the pan.

Napier still hasnt won a conf title. Herman did it his first year with a 13-1 record, and won a NY6 bowl. Yet still flamed out at a P5
Napiers interview tonight was a dud. Woody will be working the phones this week, and Nape is prolly not on the call sheet, as of now
