I mean that is the whole point... You can have the best process and philosophy in the world but if the results aren't great, what good does that do?
This is the complete list of schools with a better record since 2019 than Napier.
Alabama
Ohio State
Oklahoma
Georgia
Clemson
Cincinnati
What more do you really want? The list would be Alabama and Ohio State if you discluded the Texas game this year where they were clearly outtalented because they're ULL. He's also 13-3 in one score games.
And no, there are some people who are wary at the G5 thing (though good luck getting a top tier coach if you demand they prove success at near bloods+ before you look at their resume), but the things people are saying makes it clear that they're mad about him being Lafayette's coach. Hence all the "one of us" (wow, I didn't know that Louisiana was actually middle Tennessee), people bitching about how "you shouldn't look like that against Arkansas State" ignoring that they're ULL and that Arkansas State isn't an inferior team to them, and the non specific bitching about "bad coaching".
