Mixed bag honestly. I surrounded myself with folks that didn’t play well with others. Then, I took on a girl that definitely didn’t engender my previous friends and family. Lots of drinking and partying and working. I take all the blame because I could have and should have done better.

If that’s the case I would say about 90% of this board has been in your shoes.

Apologize to those you feel you owe one to and then turn the page. You can't dwell on your past mistakes.
Seems like we all have to frick up and hit rock bottom at some point in life. Mine was in the mid 90's, but I still remember how broken I was then. Like others have said, this will pass.

First off get rid of the drama queen friends and find the couple friends who have always been there. If the girl is toxic to you then get rid of her. If she was good to you and tried to put you on the right path but your friends/family resented her because “you weren’t fun anymore” then maybe you should try to get her back.
Don’t appease others. Do what you want to do and what makes you happy and find people who support that.
Don’t go about in pity for yourself. Sounds like the people around you were toxic and you knew this, but you kept them around just to have people to be around. I used to do the same thing. Over time I whittled my friend group down to the true couple friends I’ve always had and am much happier for it. Even got back friends I lost, but you have to make an effort to reach out
