How exactly do you think that casts Franklin in a bad light?? The victim herself said he reached out to her out of concern.


This implication was raised by a desperate defense attorney of one of the rapists to indicate that Vandy and the prosecution was railroading his client.


Franklin had every right to contact the victim and in my opinion he had an obligation to because she had worked with the athletic department and he knew her personally.

When he heard the details about the horrible crime those animals committed against the girl, which he kicked off the team immediately, I would expect nothing less.


The comment about the pretty girls assisting with recruiting is nothing more than a tactic by a sleazy defense attorney trying to confuse a minor NCAA issue with some sort of criminal activity by Vanderbilt to get his shitbag rapist client off.
