Kinda sad they keep touring. Once Paul died, that shouldve been it imo.

you could say the same about Lowell

but the best live show I have ever seen, out of hundreds, was little feats first show after they re-formed on the riverboat in New Orleans. Bonnie Raitt played the Lowell-slide. It was incredible

the band plays on...

This, was also the best show I've ever seen. A few years later I saw them in a pasture in Kansas and they were pretty crappy. Then later at Jazz Fest, with Sonny Landreth sitting in they were very good. Little Feat always had great musicians, but I'm curious what's left now.

until barriere died, it was basically the classic feat lineup minus lowell george, with various vocalists most notably craig fuller of pure prairie league. they added fred tackett on guitar in the late 80's

richie hayward (drums) died in 2009.

so it's gradney, tackett, clayton, payne plus a new guitarist and drummer. good enough feat for me

They opened for the GD up in Oxford, ME 7/2&3/88. No 4th show that year...I enjoyed it.
