I totally agree with this:
Example
Base salary 3 million:
under 7 wins immediate termination
7 wins 1 million dollar bonus
8 Wins 2 million dollar bonus
9 wins 3 million dollar bonus
10 wins 4 million dollar bonus'
etc...

Now all you need to do is to get every major university pres and ad to collute and it'll work.
Until then the coaching market will remain the same...the coach will get paid a competitive wage based upon his resume'. Not to tuff to understand.
