The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

In all likelihood it’s just a matter of time till they create a new law allowing them to use data from your cell phone laptop or server to find something they don’t like.
They won’t even need to physically illegally search you, your text message or email will suffice enough to induce a search.

Speaking of domiciles and metaphorical “Hills”
Specific Australians are forbidden to leave their homes outside of prescribed times and they can’t go just anywhere when they are allowed.
Among other things Covid is a system-wide Global Test to examine where our lines will be drawn.
