If you sue for wrongful termination and win, the business or agency is responsible for paying the difference between what you made and what you should have made, including both sides of your pension contributions.
Hence why the government doing this bullshite is stupid as hell because you know these idiots aren’t going to follow procedure to do this. People will appeal and win then these idiots will plead poverty over the costs of their policies.

Who the hell gets a pension these days? Pretty much government jobs only and some union jobs.
