I did. Its an apap machine. Unlike a cpap machine that has one setting set for someone, an apap has auto calibration and adjusts to what amount of air you need to breath correctly at night while alseep on its own. If your setting changes due to improved health, loss of weight etc, it will adjust for u automatically.

Ok I guess I didn’t understand your question. Mine adjusts automatically as well. I have the nose pillows.
