Anyone ever use the Teeter inversion table? Does it work? Is it worth the money?

Not that particular one but I have one. If you have back problems I find them worth the money. I got mine for under $100.

Used mine this morning after a round of golf yesterday that put me down. Got me back upright straight and walking. Is it magical? No. Does it provide a good stretch and alleviate minor problems……yes. It’s meant to be used regularly but of course I don’t until I have issues.

It’s a good purchase if you have the room

I had one for years. It did help with my back some, but if I stayed inverted long enough for it to work, I ended up with hellacious reflux.

Don't take this in the wrong way but reading this made me feel old (and I am), I cant imagine what it felt like to type.

If you can hang from a pull up bar and sink your hips/rotate, that should help too. Gravity is a bitch on our lower back.

Also the foam rollers for your back alleviate some pain

yes

even just 5 minutes a day and you will start feeling better

it does take a day or two to first notice no more nagging aches and pains so dont expect the very first time to be life changing
