False, you can elect to free kick on any fair catch after a punt. Just no one really does it because after a punt it's usually not in FG range and teams would rather try to drive for a TD obviously.

Kickers regularly kick the ball that far on kickoffs. This would be doable. I did the post thinking it would be closer to mid field. It would be a free kick with no rush so its a realistic idea. Fortunately they hit on the long pass.
