If so, what are some great brands to buy?

I have a paraball which works great but I’d like to add these tools in order to diversify my shoulder mobility and core strength work

I bought a 10 pound one from Amazon. It was the cheapest one I could find. I’ve used it maybe 5 times so I can’t really say how good it is. It feels well built and has a knurled handle.

I would probabaly tear a rotator cuff or two if I tried it.

How I think I would do:

How it would look at best:

My 7 pound mace just came in.

I love it so far.

It’s really great for shoulder mobility, core strength, gaining propioception and unilateral training.

You can literally use this everyday!

Now to buy a 10 pound one
